Edition 2025 — Il Castello del Gusto
In 2025, Il Castello del Gusto once again brought wines and local flavours to Castello Bonoris in Montichiari. A tasting evening with wineries, breweries, and producers of typical Brescia products, promoted by Colli dei Longobardi Strada del Vino with the Municipality, Slow Food, and Radio Bruno Brescia.
The 2025 edition of Il Castello del Gusto confirmed the meeting between food and wine and the beauty of the place at Castello Bonoris in Montichiari. Local wineries, craft breweries, and producers of cured meats and cheeses offered tastings in the castle's halls and Italian garden, in an evening promoted by Colli dei Longobardi Strada del Vino with the Municipality, Slow Food, and Radio Bruno Brescia.
