Edition 2025 — Cancello delle Favole
12th Edition — June 27, 28, and 29, 2025
In 2025, the festival expanded its boundaries beyond the village of Castellone, bringing part of the programme to the Parco De Curtis in Gianola, within the Riviera di Ulisse Regional Natural Park. On June 27th, the festival opened with readings dedicated to infants and younger children, while on June 28th, the park hosted an itinerant show inspired by Pinocchio.
The 9:00 PM evening performances at the Cancello di Castellone featured Little Red Riding Hood by Matuta Teatro, The Tale of the Three Oranges by Teatro Bertolt Brecht, and Officina Prometeo by Florian Teatro. As per tradition, the festival accompanied the programme with three free days of theatre school for local children.
