Edition 2025 — Il Bianco e la Rossa

The 15th edition of "Il Bianco e la Rossa" took place from August 29th to 31st, 2025, in Rotonda, featuring talks on DOP products, a show cooking by chef Luca Pappagallo, tastings, and music, celebrating the White Bean and the Red Eggplant of Rotonda DOP in the Pollino National Park.

The 15th Edition

From August 29th to 31st, 2025, Rotonda hosted the fifteenth edition of "Il Bianco e la Rossa". The program opened on August 29th with an institutional debate on promoting the two DOP products and food and wine tourism, followed by the opening of the stalls and a Radionorba show. On August 30th, the show cooking by chef Luca Pappagallo and an evening dedicated to tarantella music were the highlights, before the closing on August 31st. A celebration that confirmed the sagra's role as a showcase for the Pollino's excellences.
