Edition 2025 — I Luoghi della Musica
The 33rd edition of the festival I Luoghi della Musica opened in Atripalda, in the province of Avellino, on July 26, 2025, at the Church of S. Maria delle Grazie, under the artistic direction of Maestro Antonella De Vinco and with the support of the municipal administration led by Mayor Paolo Spagnuolo.
The first four Atripalda evenings, all at 8:15 PM, featured the Duo Lazzari-Mastrini with Ghost International Tour 2025: struck and plucked strings (July 26), the Duo Mel Bonis with Visioni al femminile, dedicated to Chaminade, Beach, and Mendelssohn (July 27), the Duo Pitros with The Romantic Dream between Gershwin and Handel (July 29), and the Duo Martinelli-Trovato with Venice and Naples, featuring Donizetti, Rossini, and Liszt (July 31).
The guiding theme of the edition was the encounter between music, art, and the scenic beauty of the Irpinian territory. The festival continued in the following months with other events—some with free admission—until the final stop on September 11 at the National Library of Naples. The entrance fee was set at a minimum contribution of €2, with free entry for association members.
