Edition 2025 — I Colori dell'Olio
The 2025 edition
In 2025, the I Colori dell'Olio Festival featured four nights in Piazza delle Regioni, Presicce-Acquarica, from August 17th to 20th. The lineup opened on August 17th with Salento folk music by Lu Rusciu Nosciu and a concert by Modena City Ramblers, followed on the 18th by Nina Zilli and her summer tour. August 19th featured PFM - Premiata Forneria Marconi with their «Doppia traccia» tour, while the closing night on August 20th starred Fiorella Mannoia accompanied by the Symphony Orchestra conducted by Maestro Rocco De Bernardis.
The 2025 edition also confirmed the festival's bond with Salento's extra virgin olive oil, featuring food stalls, tastings, crafts, and the award dedicated to the best oils of the region.
