The 2025 edition in Giungatelle
The 2025 edition of I Chiani in Festa took place, as is customary, in the month of August in Piazza Domenico A. Franciulli, in the village of Giungatelle, a hamlet of the municipality of Montecorice, in the province of Salerno.
On that occasion, the event once again proposed its usual formula: food stalls with traditional Cilento folk preparations, from fried pizza to fusilli with tomato sauce and desserts, and live music in the square to close the evenings. Organized by the Associazione Insieme per Giungatelle together with the San Pasquale Baylon Parish, the festival confirmed its role as a key summer event for the hamlet, capable of attracting residents, tourists vacationing on the Cilento coast, and those returning to the village for their holidays.
