Edition 2025 — I Canti della Merla

In 2025, Soresina once again celebrated I Canti della Merla in the last days of January, with choirs in peasant costume gathered around the bonfire to sing the popular songs of the Cremona tradition, in a night of music, fire, and shared warmth.

I Canti della Merla have been confirmed for years as the end-of-January event in Soresina. In 2025, the Pro Loco once again presented the tradition of the Merla Days, with choirs in peasant costume gathered around the bonfire lit in the square to sing the popular songs of the Po Valley.

The festival combined the choral dimension with conviviality, with mulled wine and traditional food, on a night dedicated to the memory of the peasant civilization of the Cremona area.
