Edition 2025 — Humanistic Culture Festival
6th Symposium — "Between Heracles and Hermes"
The 2025 edition of the Humanistic Culture Festival explored the theme of limits through two figures of myth: Heracles, symbol of the strength that pushes beyond every boundary, and Hermes, god of intelligence and passage. The subtitle, "the frontiers of the human in the age of complexity," guided speakers and the public to question whether a limit is an obstacle or a resource for contemporary man.
Promoted by the Accademia Marsilio Ficino ETS and the Istituto Paritario Marsilio Ficino, the event was held in a marquee in Piazza Marsilio Ficino, in the heart of Figline e Incisa Valdarno, with all meetings free to attend and live-streamed on the official YouTube channel.
