Edition 2025 — Ravioli al Plin Festival
In June 2025, the Homemade Ravioli al Plin Festival brought the village of Merana (AL), in the Asti Langhe, to life with two weekends of celebration. The absolute star was, as always, the ravioli al plin, prepared by hand by the Pro Loco cooks according to the ancient Merana recipe, accompanied by grilled meat, fried frogs, and other local specialties. The dance evenings, with music for all tastes and free admission, accompanied the event until late at night, in the typical convivial atmosphere of Piedmontese village festivals.
