Edition 2025 — Susa Districts Tournament

The 37th edition of the Historical Tournament of the Susa Districts took place on the penultimate weekend of July 2025. As per tradition, three days of medieval re-enactment animated the city's historic center, featuring Countess Adelaide's procession, shows at the Roman Arena, and competitions between the six districts to win the Palio.

The 2025 edition of the Historical Tournament of the Susa Districts confirmed the usual program of the event organized by the Pro Susa Association: the drummers' performance, the historical costumed procession toward the Roman Arena, the medieval show dedicated to Countess Adelaide, and the blessing of the Palio in the Cathedral. On Sunday, the three traditional events—archery, Saracen joust, and tug-of-war—were held, determining the winning district. A festival that brings Susa back to its medieval past every summer, in the heart of the Susa Valley.
