The 2025 edition marked an important milestone for the event in Polignano a Mare: the sea procession, already in its second edition, was joined for the first time by the re-enactment of the delivery of the relics, with the figure of Princess Fiorenza arriving at the Abbey of San Vito aboard traditional 'gozzi'. The event confirmed the formula that combines faith, history, and the sea, involving costumed performers and historical groups along the town's coastline.

The excellent public reception encouraged the organizers of the Lo Stroppo Association and the Festa Patria Committee to relaunch the event in 2026, consolidating it as an identity-defining moment for the community of Polignano within the Metropolitan City of Bari.
