Historical Night Carnival of San Pietro in Casale

The 2025 night edition of the Historical Carnival of San Pietro in Casale, in the Province of Bologna, was held on Saturday, May 24, confirming the success of the evening event that complements the classic daytime parades of January and February.

For one evening, the historic center and Piazza Martiri della Libertà were filled with crowds for the night parade of floats, illuminated and accompanied by masked groups dancing and distributing sweets. The evening, with free admission, combined music, shows, and food stalls, with the usual popular atmosphere that characterizes one of the oldest carnival traditions in Emilia-Romagna.
