Edition 2025 — Crescentino Carnival

The 2025 edition of the Historic Carnival of Crescentino took place from January 6 to March 2, with the Grand Masked Parade as the grand finale. On Sunday, February 23, starting at 2:30 PM, the streets of Crescentino welcomed fifteen allegorical floats, over a thousand participants, marching bands, majorettes, and flag-wavers in three hours of non-stop entertainment, led by the flower-decked float of Regina Papetta and Conte Tizzoni.

The 2025 Historic Carnival of Crescentino confirmed the vitality of one of the most beloved carnival celebrations in the Vercelli area and Piedmont. After weeks of events, the highlight weekend revolved around the coronation ceremony and the grand procession.

On Saturday, February 22, at 4:00 PM, the solemn coronation ceremony of Regina Papetta took place, as she appeared from the loggia of the Town Hall in Piazza Caretto. The following day, Sunday, February 23 from 2:30 PM, the Grand Masked Parade took center stage: fifteen allegorical floats selected from the best works of Piedmontese carnivals, over a thousand costumed participants, and a three-hour parade that crossed the historic center of Crescentino, in the province of Vercelli.
