Edition 2025 — Potato Festival of Piandelagotti

In autumn 2025, Piandelagotti, a hamlet of Frassinoro (MO), renewed the tradition of the High Altitude Typical Potato Festival. Organized by the Pro Loco Piandelagotti, the event enlivened the village square with a market of typical products, direct sales of potatoes from Alta Val Dragone, food stalls with fried gnocco and high-altitude French fries, as well as entertainment for families in the heart of the Modena Apennines.

The 2025 edition of the High Altitude Typical Potato Festival took place in Piandelagotti, a hamlet of the Municipality of Frassinoro, in the province of Modena, confirming the territory's connection with its symbolic product.

As per tradition, the Pro Loco Piandelagotti offered a market of typical products with direct sales of freshly harvested potatoes, food stalls with mountain specialties, and events dedicated to adults and children, during an autumn weekend amidst the woods and pastures of the Modena Apennines in Emilia-Romagna.
