Handmade Pasta Festival

The 47th edition of the Handmade Pasta Festival took place on Saturday, August 9, 2025, from 8:00 PM, in Piazza della Libertà in Castelluccio Valmaggiore (FG). The evening offered the public the specialties of the Castelluccio tradition, in particular orecchiette with ragù made by hand, accompanied by meatballs and meat dishes.

A special guest of the 2025 edition was Nunzia Caputo, the famous "lady of the orecchiette" from Bari Vecchia, who starred in a segment dedicated to the art of fresh pasta. Musical entertainment was provided by the Principi del Liscio, who enlivened the square at the foot of the Byzantine Tower. The event was part of the Castelluccio summer program, alongside the Pettole Festival and other events organized by the Municipality and local associations.
