Edition 2025 — Venticano Ham Festival

The 46th Ham, Wine and Lamb Festival took place in Venticano on Saturday, August 30 and Sunday, August 31, 2025, with stands set up in Piazza Monumento ai Caduti opening at 8:30 PM. Two evenings of ham, Irpinian wines, and traditional lamb, accompanied by live music and dancing, preceded on August 29 by a free concert by Gigione in Piazza Marconi.

2025 Edition

In 2025, the Ham, Wine and Lamb Festival of Venticano reached its 46th edition, scheduled for Saturday, August 30 and Sunday, August 31. The food stalls were set up in Piazza Monumento ai Caduti with opening at 8:30 PM, bringing back to the square the aromas and flavors of typical local products along with music and dancing of all kinds.

The event was preceded, on Friday, August 29 at 10:30 PM, by the concert of Gigione in Piazza Marconi, with free admission. As per tradition, the festival opened the week of celebrations that led to the patronal feast of September 7th and 8th in honor of Saint Mary and Saint Alexius.

In 2025, the event confirmed its role as a draw for food and wine tourism in Irpinia, attracting visitors to Venticano from all over the province of Avellino and Campania.
