Edition 2025 — Gust'Art
Gust'Art 2025: the festival's debut
The first edition of Gust'Art – Food That Inspires Masterpieces kicked off on June 28, 2025, at the Aia dei Musei in Avezzano, where the presentation led the audience on a journey through symbols and flavours, "from Caravaggio to Colantoni, from apple to salt". The opening evening was attended by Deputy Mayor Domenico Di Berardino and the director of the Aia dei Musei, Flavia De Sanctis, with the official poster signed by the students of the Art High School.
The stops in Marsica
The travelling festival continued throughout the summer months, visiting the Piccolomini Castle of Celano, the Tower of Santa Jona, and the Castle of Ortucchio, where on September 27 the meeting "Nutritious Painting" explored the link between nutrition and artistic expression with Professor Carmine Orlandi from the University of Tor Vergata. The cycle concluded on October 11, 2025, at the Aia dei Musei with the event "History and Style of the Laid Table", dedicated to rituals, symbols, and historical curiosities related to the table, with a final toast offered by AssoMarSo.
