Edition 2025 — Gunbi Festival
The 36th Festa dei Gunbi took place in Toirano from August 7 to 10, 2025, with four evenings dedicated to extra virgin olive oil and ancient rock oil mills. Gastronomy, music, and markets enlivened the medieval historic center of the village in Val Varatella.
The 2025 edition, the 36th, enlivened Toirano from August 7 to 10 with four evenings of celebration in the medieval historic center. The protagonist, as always, was extra virgin olive oil and the culture of the 'gunbi', the ancient rock oil mills of the village.
Among food stalls, markets, and music, the festival confirmed its role as one of the most beloved events in the Savona hinterland, in line with the olive oil tradition of the Val Varatella.
