Edition 2025 — Guidonia Carnival

The 43rd edition of the Guidonia Carnival was held from March 1st to 4th, 2025, in Guidonia Montecelio. The major highlight of the year was the nighttime allegorical float parade on Saturday, March 1st, followed by daytime processions on Sunday, March 2nd, and Shrove Tuesday, March 4th. For four days, the Carnival Village enlivened the Viale Roma pine forest with street food, DJ sets, and children's entertainment.

Guidonia Carnival 2025

The 2025 edition of the Guidonia Carnival, the 43rd in the event's history, took place from March 1st to 4th, 2025, along Viale Roma in Guidonia Montecelio, in the province of Rome.

The main novelty was the nighttime parade on Saturday, March 1st, starting in the evening with illuminated allegorical floats amidst lights, sounds, confetti, and dance groups. This was followed by afternoon parades on Sunday, March 2nd, and Shrove Tuesday, March 4th, featuring floats, masked groups, and dance schools, with the closing ceremony marked by the traditional burning of King Carnival.

For all four days, the Viale Roma pine forest hosted the Carnival Village, featuring street food stalls, a dance floor, DJ sets, music, and entertainment dedicated to children. Admission to the event was free.
