Edition 2025 — Guastedda Cunzata Festival

On Sunday, September 28, 2025, Assoro hosted the Guastedda Cunzata Festival in Piazza Francesco Crispi, in the heart of the medieval village of the Erei Mountains. The day, dedicated to the typical stuffed focaccia of the Enna tradition, enlivened the historic center with food stalls and tastings, drawing residents and visitors to one of the most authentic flavors of the province of Enna.

2025 Edition

The 2025 edition of the Guastedda Cunzata Festival was held on Sunday, September 28, 2025, in Piazza Francesco Crispi, in the historic center of Assoro, in the province of Enna. The event celebrated the guastedda cunzata, the stuffed focaccia of the Enna tradition, with stalls set up in the square for the preparation and tasting of the typical product.

The event, with the flavor of a true Sicilian village festival, was an opportunity to rediscover a humble but rich-in-taste specialty, while at the same time enhancing the evocative historic center of the village perched on the Erei Mountains.
