Edition 2025 — Grotta Perfetta Carnival

In 2025, the Grotta Perfetta Carnival renewed its appointment at Piazza Bargellini, in the Rome VIII Municipality, confirming a neighborhood tradition started in the early twenties and carried forward by MOVI together with local merchants and residents. As usual, the masquerade party was held with free admission, dedicated primarily to children, with entertainment, music, and snacks offered to all participants.

The Grotta Perfetta Carnival in 2025

The 2025 edition re-proposed the formula that has made this party a reference point for the families of Grotta Perfetta, Tor Marancia, and the Ardeatino area: an afternoon in Piazza Bargellini dedicated entirely to children in costume, with entertainment, music, dancing, and the distribution of frappe to all the little ones.

As in previous editions, the organization was handled by MOVI - Italian Volunteering Movement together with the network of merchants and citizens of the district, with the collaboration of the Rome VIII Municipality. Participation remained free and open, without registration, in line with the popular and voluntary nature of the event.

The 2025 appointment preceded the 2026 edition, which was held on Saturday, February 14, in an expanded format, from 1:30 PM to 7:30 PM.
