Grilled Lamb Festival

The 47th edition of the Grilled Lamb Festival in Roccaspinalveti was held on Friday, August 15, 2025, the day of Ferragosto, in Piazza del Mercato. The food stalls, managed by the volunteers of the Pro Loco of Roccaspinalveti APS, opened at noon, offering lamb cooked over charcoal according to the traditional Abruzzese recipe, along with local wines and specialties.

The day began with traditional folk games for all ages, followed by lunch in the square and concluded in the evening with musical entertainment. The event confirmed its role as a key Ferragosto appointment for the upper Sinello valley, attracting visitors from neighboring towns in the Vastese area and the entire province of Chieti.
