Edition 2025 — Grigliata sotto le Stelle

The tenth edition of the Grigliata sotto le Stelle took place in Acquapendente from July 18 to 20, 2025, at the Orto dei Frati di San Francesco, organized by the local AVIS. For three evenings, the cloister came alive with grilled meats, traditional dishes, and live music, confirming the event's strong charitable value, linked to promoting blood donation.

The 2025 edition, the tenth, was a great public success. Organized by the AVIS of Acquapendente, the grill festival was held for three evenings in the Orto dei Frati di San Francesco, with a traditional menu that featured penne all'amatriciana, sausages, pancetta, pork neck steaks, and beans, all accompanied by live music.

Beyond the fine dining, the event reaffirmed its charitable purpose: to support AVIS activities and spread the culture of blood and plasma donation. Representatives from various local AVIS sections took part in the evenings, testifying to the event's deep roots in the Acquapendente community.
