Edition 2025 — Contadinazzi Carnival
In 2025, the Contadinazzi Carnival of Cavedine took place on Sunday, February 23, as part of the Great Carnival of the Valle dei Laghi, scheduled from February 23 to March 9. As per tradition, the day featured a rustic lunch with polenta, sauerkraut, and luganega, a costume parade, and entertainment for families and children in the square.
The 2025 edition of the Contadinazzi Carnival was held in Cavedine on Sunday, February 23, 2025, as one of the stops on the 2025 Great Carnival of the Valle dei Laghi (February 23 – March 9). The community gathered in the square for the traditional rustic lunch featuring polenta, sauerkraut, and luganega sausage, accompanied by mulled wine and hot tea, amidst costume parades, group dances, and children's entertainment. The itinerant carnival that year kicked off on February 9 in Vigo Cavedine.
