Gravina in Danza 2025: the tenth edition

From July 7 to 13, 2025, Gravina in Puglia hosted the tenth edition of Gravina in Danza – International Dance Festival, an important milestone for the event conceived and directed by Domenico Ciaccia with Lucia Carulli of the Arabesque Movie Dance Academy.

For the entire week, the city came alive with lessons and masterclasses in all disciplines, entrusted to a cast of over twenty international professionals: including Garrison, Rudy Abreu (USA), Alek Palinski (USA), Matthew Jessner (Belgium), Iraida Pena, Exon Arcos, and Roberto Castillo (Spain), Sienna Osborne (Australia), Christian Scerri (Malta), along with Francesca Bernabini, Andrea Attila, Fabrizio Prolli, Andrea Scazzi, Antonella Albano, and Pia Ciaccia. Alongside the workshops, there were showcases, video projects, auditions, and castings.

On July 12, the competition for soloists, duos, and groups was held, while the evening of July 13 brought the final gala to Piazza Benedetto XIII, in the heart of Gravina, before a large audience. The jury awarded numerous scholarships for academies in Los Angeles, New York, Miami, Madrid, Hamburg, Rome, Milan, and Belgium, confirming the festival's international vocation.

A week of intensive training with lessons and masterclasses in all disciplines (classical, contemporary, modern, hip hop, and urban), held by over twenty international instructors.

• July 7–13 — Masterclasses, workshops, showcases, and video projects with guest instructors

• Saturday, July 12 — Dance competition for soloists, duos, and groups
• Sunday, July 13 — Final gala in Piazza Benedetto XIII with awards ceremony and scholarship distribution
