Grape Festival 2025

On October 18th and 19th, 2025, Merano renewed its appointment with its historic Grape Festival. The historic center and the promenades along the Passirio welcomed the Merano Market stalls with freshly harvested grapes, natural South Tyrolean products, autumn specialties, and Burgraviato wines.

The music of brass bands and folk groups enlivened the city streets throughout the weekend, with the participation of groups from all over South Tyrol. On Sunday afternoon, the traditional grand parade took place with historical allegorical floats, including the Marlengo Apple Crown and the Giant Grape of Lagundo, traditional costume groups, and Haflinger horses.
