Grape and Lambrusco Grasparossa Festival of Castelvetro

2025 Edition — The 58th

The 58th Grape and Lambrusco Grasparossa Festival was held in Castelvetro di Modena over two weekends: September 20 and 21 and September 26, 27, and 28, 2025, with the addition of Friday evening, September 26th, as a new feature this year.

The Lambrusco Grasparossa Tasting Route enlivened the historic center with 16 local wineries in characteristic wooden kiosks, and the Festival Kit (glass, booklet, map) for comparative tastings of Grasparossa DOP. Alongside the tastings, the program featured live music with local bands, markets, street food, exhibitions, shows, and street bands, as well as workshops, games, music, and dance for children. Among the edition's initiatives was a space dedicated to the "Festival of the Past", featuring historical images from the event's fifty years. The festival is organized by the Consorzio Castelvetro di Modena V.I.T.A. in collaboration with the Municipality of Castelvetro.
