Edition 2025 — Granfondo dei Sibillini
The 2025 edition of the Granfondo dei Sibillini, the 34th, took place on Sunday, June 8, 2025, with a "French start" between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM from Pievebovigliana, a hamlet of Valfornace (Province of Macerata). The event recorded nearly 500 participants, confirming the cycling tour formula with timed sections on the climbs.
On the long route (approx. 154 km with the very tough ascent to Forca di Presta), the victories in the timed section rankings went to Umbrian Mattia Burini and Tuscan Virginia Becchetti. On the medium route (approx. 90 km), Leonardo Buratti and Mery Guerrini triumphed. There were no shortage of gourmet refreshment points with local specialties and the Macereto barbecue, a true convivial institution of the event.
