Edition 2025 — Festa del Capunsel

In 2025 too, the Grande Festa del Capunsel animated Solferino on the first weekend of July, with Alto Mantovano capunséi as the stars of the tables, alongside traditional main courses, desserts, local wines, and evenings of music, organised by the Confraternita del Capunsel.

The 2025 edition of the Grande Festa del Capunsel took place on the first weekend of July in the centre of Solferino. The Confraternita del Capunsel once again presented the symbolic specialty of the Alto Mantovano — capunséi flavoured with crumbled amaretti — along with traditional main courses, desserts, and local wines, featuring live music and activities for families. The festival reaffirmed its role as guardian of a gastronomic heritage protected as a Traditional Agri-food Product.
