Edition 2025 — Gran Sasso Storytelling Villages
2025 Edition
The second edition, hosted mainly in Navelli, focused on the urban and social regeneration of small towns and inland areas of Abruzzo, with round tables on quality tourism, depopulation, and territorial development. Among the topics presented were the Plateau Trails, the NEO project for attracting new residents, and the Crater Ecomuseum.
The event, promoted by the Il Bosso Cooperative and the GAL Gran Sasso Velino, saw the participation of senators, regional representatives, and cultural institutions, as well as administrators from the fifteen municipalities of the network, including Villa Santa Lucia degli Abruzzi. There were also moments dedicated to Abruzzo folk culture and local gastronomy.
