Edition 2025 — Gran Fondo dei Sibillini

The 34th edition of the Gran Fondo dei Sibillini took place on Sunday, June 8, 2025, marking the debut of the start and finish in Pievebovigliana, in the Municipality of Valfornace (MC), after more than thirty years linked to Caldarola. Nearly 500 cyclists tackled the three routes in the Monti Sibillini National Park, with the historic climb of Forca di Presta on the longest route.

The 34th edition of the Gran Fondo dei Sibillini was held on Sunday, June 8, 2025, the first edition hosted by Pievebovigliana, a hamlet of the Municipality of Valfornace (MC), after its long association with Caldarola.

Nearly 500 participants took the start, choosing among the Short (approx. 65 km), Medium (approx. 90 km), and Long (approx. 154 km) routes, the latter featuring the iconic climb of Forca di Presta (1,536 m) and Castelluccio di Norcia. Mattia Burini and Virginia Becchetti won the timed sections of the long route. The day concluded with the traditional convivial moment at the finish, blending sport and flavors of the Macerata region.
