Edition 2025 — Bada che Gota
The third edition of Bada che Gota was held on Sunday, October 5, 2025, in the historic center of Colle Alta, in Colle di Val d'Elsa (Siena), with great public success: over 5,000 visitors. Along the route, 21 local restaurants prepared traditional and reworked dishes based on 'gota cotta', joined by 4 wineries, 2 breweries, and producers of amari, gin, and coffee.
Enriching the day were music by the Mosaico association and local artists, entertainment for children curated by the La Scossa association, craft markets, and crystal-making demonstrations at the Fornino in Colle Alta. The event was organized by the Municipality of Colle di Val d'Elsa with the Gota Cotta Association, APS Equilibrio, and the Pro Loco.
