Good Friday 2025

The 2025 edition was held on Friday, April 18, according to the liturgical calendar which sets a different date each year. On that occasion too, the starting point was the Church of Sant'Andrea, with the celebration preceding the departure of the procession through the historic center of Petrella Salto, in the province of Rieti.

The procession maintained its core identity elements: the statues of the Dead Christ and the Madonna, the Magdalenes, and the Cyrenian, along a route through the alleys of the Cicolano village. An appointment that every year also brings back to the village those who live elsewhere and return for the Easter holidays.
