The 2025 edition in brief

From August 27 to 30, 2025, the town square of Sonnino Scalo hosted a new edition of the Goat Festival, organized by the Pro Loco of Sonnino APS in collaboration with the Pegaso Association. Every evening, starting at 6:00 PM, the food stalls served Sonnino-style stewed goat, slow-cooked with tomatoes and local herbs, alongside grilled meats, rustic side dishes, homemade bread, and wines from the Lepini Mountains.

The free musical lineup was also rich: Wednesday, August 27, featured the Rino Gerard Band with a tribute to Rino Gaetano; Thursday, August 28, saw Max Mania with 883 covers and the "Io non sono Cristina" tribute; and Saturday, August 30, featured the grand finale with Forever '90 and the greatest hits of the nineties. To complete the celebration, there were stalls filled with goods, craft markets, children's rides, and traditional games, honoring the ancient Livestock and Goods Fair from which the festival was born.
