Goa Destination: The Northern Italian psytrance scene

Before the Storo event, the Goa Destination collective built its identity through years of parties and open-air events dedicated to psychedelic electronic music. The events, driven by DJs and producers like Mauro Solibiza and Bug Experience, have traveled through various locations in Northern Italy, from Trieste to the mountain areas between Trentino and Pordenone.

The style is rooted in goa culture: goa trance, psytrance, minimal goa, progressive, and full-on, with softer moments of space chill. It is within this journey that the Storo (TN) open-air on Lake Idro fits, bringing the psy community into the heart of the Chiese Valley, in Trentino-Alto Adige.
