Edition 2025 — Pescocostanzo Gnocchi Festival

The Pescocostanzo Gnocchi Festival took place on August 10, 2025, in the historic center of the village, in the Alto Sangro area. Handmade gnocchi, prepared according to ancient traditional recipes, were served steaming hot throughout the squares and alleys, topped with tomato sauce, Abruzzese ragù, and local variations. The evening also featured stalls with local products, desserts, and Abruzzese wines, along with live folk music, evening entertainment, and craft markets.

The 2025 Gnocchi Festival in Pescocostanzo

The 2025 edition of the Gnocchi Festival was held on August 10 in the historic center of Pescocostanzo, in the province of L'Aquila. As is tradition, the handmade gnocchi were served hot along the village streets, topped with tomato sauce, Abruzzese ragù, and tasty local variations.

Alongside the signature dish, food stalls offered local products, traditional desserts, and Abruzzese wines, while the evening was enlivened by live folk music, entertainment, and craft markets, set in the charming atmosphere of one of the most beautiful villages in the Abruzzo Apennines.
