Gnocchetti and Fregnacce Festival ("Lollo under the stars")

The 2025 Edition

The Gnocchetti and Fregnacce Festival took place in Gorga, in the Lepini Mountains in the province of Rome, on August 12, 2025, as a traditional event of the Estate Gorgana program.

The evening coincided with the third edition of "Lollo under the stars", the charity initiative organized in collaboration with the LOLLO 10 Onlus association, dedicated to supporting families of children hospitalized in pediatric oncology wards. Alongside traditional dishes—handmade egg-based gnocchetti and fregnacce—the festival promoted local products and folk music.

On the same evening, in the heart of the Night of San Lorenzo, the Gorga Astronomical Observatory opened to the public for stargazing, confirming the now-characteristic combination of Lepini mountain cuisine and the August sky.
