Giosuè Carducci National Poetry Prize

The 69th edition of the Giosuè Carducci National Poetry Prize took place in Pietrasanta on July 27, 2025, with the final ceremony in Piazza del Duomo, on the parvis of the Collegiate Church, starting at 9:30 PM and hosted by Rajae Bezzaz.

The jury, chaired by Ilaria Cipriani and composed of Carlo Carabba, Ilide Carmignani, Fabio Genovesi, and Antonio Riccardi, had selected from about ninety candidate works a finalist trio composed of Stefano Dal Bianco with Paradiso (Garzanti), Paola Loreto with Miei lari (Marcos y Marcos), and Nicola Vitale with Baci fuori bersaglio (Stampa 2009).

The winner of the 69th edition was Stefano Dal Bianco. The day began in the morning with the "Poetry in Schools" section at Casa Carducci in Valdicastello, in a true celebration of the arts spread throughout the historic center of Pietrasanta.
