Edition 2025 — Giornate Medievali Melfi
The Medieval and Falconry Days took place in Melfi from October 24th to 26th, 2025, concluding the 'Ottobre Melfitano' program. A journey back in time in the name of Frederick II, with knights, falconers, and the majestic flight of birds of prey between the castle and the historic center.
The 2025 Edition
From October 24th to 26th, 2025, Melfi reenacted its medieval past with the Medieval and Falconry Days, the second chapter of the 'Ottobre Melfitano' program. At the foot of the Frederick castle, historical encampments, falconry demonstrations – 'knights, falconers, and the majestic flight of birds of prey' – and the traditional Sunday procession through the town's streets took place, concluding a month dedicated to taste, culture, and beauty.
