Edition 2025 — Gifflenga Carnival

In 2025, the Pro Loco of Gifflenga once again enlivened the Biellese village's Carnival with its tried-and-tested formula: the traditional fagiolata served in the square, games for children, and the festive atmosphere that draws residents and local families every year. A simple and heartfelt event, expressing the community spirit of one of the smallest municipalities in Piedmont.

The 2025 edition of the Gifflenga Carnival upheld the village's carnival tradition in the province of Biella. The heart of the festival was the fagiolata, prepared with ingredients collected during the costumed tour of the village homes and then distributed to the community in the square.

Surrounding this iconic Biellese Carnival dish were games for the little ones and social moments hosted by the Pro Loco, in a familiar atmosphere that renews the bond between the families of Gifflenga each year.
