Edition 2025 — Giarratana Carnival

The 2025 edition of the Giarratana Carnival took place on Saturday, March 1, Sunday, March 2, and Tuesday, March 4, featuring twelve allegorical floats and masked groups. Parades through the town streets, shows, and DJ sets in Piazza Martiri d'Ungheria brought the Iblean village to life for three days of celebration.

The 2025 edition brought together twelve allegorical floats and masked groups. The parades started from the Via Madonna delle Grazie roundabout, passing through Via Andrea Costa, Via Marconi, Corso XX Settembre, Corso Umberto I, Via dei Mille, Via Calatafimi, and Via dei Martiri.

On Saturday, March 1, there was a gathering at 4:00 PM and a parade at 4:30 PM, followed in the evening by a DJ set in Piazza Martiri d'Ungheria. On Sunday, March 2, in addition to the parade, there were performances by masked groups and another DJ set. The festival closed on Tuesday, March 4, Shrove Tuesday, with an afternoon parade and the "Mardi Gras – trash party" with the musical group Koala in the square.
