Edition 2025 — Rodari Festival
The 2025 edition of the Gianni Rodari Children's Literature Festival confirmed Omegna as the autumn capital of children's literature. For several days, the city on Lake Orta hosted theatrical performances, storytelling, creative workshops, screenings, and meetings with authors and illustrators.
The most anticipated moment was the Rodari City of Omegna Prize ceremony, held on Saturday, October 25, 2025, at 4:00 PM at the Forum Auditorium. The jury, chaired by Pino Boero with Walter Fochesato and Marnie Campagnaro, awarded the best works in the categories of Picture Books, Fairy Tales and Nursery Rhymes, Novels and Short Stories, and Theatrical Performances, with the participation of reader juries and hundreds of local students.
