Edition 2025 — Giallo Maccherone

The 2025 edition of Giallo Maccherone was held from May 23 to 25, 2025, at the Palaeventi in San Martino Spino (Mirandola, MO). On that occasion too, the 'maccheroni al pettine' from the Valli Mirandolesi, served with three ragùs, were the stars, along with fried gnocco, cured meats, desserts, and the traditional Dough Rolling Competition.

2025 Edition

Organized by the Circolo Politeama in the covered and air-conditioned Palaeventi of San Martino Spino, a hamlet of Mirandola (MO), the 2025 edition reprised the gastronomic evenings on Friday and Saturday and the Sunday lunch.

The heart of the event was the 'maccheroni al pettine' from the Valli Mirandolesi with three different ragù variations, accompanied by fried gnocco, cured meats, and typical desserts. The Dough Rolling Competition, with its panel of experts, also crowned the best "Maccherone d'Oro" of the region in 2025.
