Edition 2025 — Geothermal Hills

The fourteenth edition of the Geothermal Hills Festival took place from June 15 to August 9, 2025. With the inclusion of the municipality of Montieri, the festival enlivened the villages of Pomarance, Castelnuovo Val di Cecina, Monteverdi Marittimo, Monterotondo Marittimo, and Montieri, featuring theatre, music, dance, and a new collaboration with the UNESCO Metalliferous Hills Park.

2025 Edition

The fourteenth edition of the Geothermal Hills Festival confirmed the festival's vocation to bring theatre and live arts to the villages of the Tuscan Metalliferous Hills, from mid-June to early August 2025. Highlights included the national preview of Oscar De Summa's I'm Looking For in Monteverdi Marittimo (June 26) and Valentina Dal Mas's show Luisa in Pomarance.

The edition included three days dedicated to literature in honor of writer Renato Fucini and new collaborations with the National Park of the Metalliferous Hills, recognized as a UNESCO Global Geopark, with events and guided tours.
