Edition 2025 — Geothermal Hills
The 14th edition of the Geothermal Hills Festival confirmed the formula of a widespread contemporary theatre festival in the villages of the Tuscan geothermal region: Castelnuovo di Val di Cecina (Province of Pisa), Pomarance, Monteverdi Marittimo, Monterotondo Marittimo, and Montieri. Guests of the edition included Stefano Massini with "La ricerca della felicità," Andrea Pennacchi, Oscar De Summa, and Mauro Pescio. Produced by Officine Papage, the festival intertwined performances, national premieres, theatrical walks, and meetings with the communities, enhancing the unique landscape of the Geothermal Hills and the bond between theatre, territory, and popular traditions.
