Edition 2025 — Geografie

In 2025, the Geografie festival had not yet been launched: the first edition of the world music festival at the Castle of Arco is scheduled for summer 2026. The project was conceived and announced by the Municipality of Arco to create a new annual musical event dedicated each time to a different geographical and cultural area of the world.

Towards the birth of Geografie

The Geografie festival did not have an edition in 2025: it is a new festival, conceived by the Municipality of Arco in Trentino and inaugurated in the summer of 2026. The municipal administration designed Geografie as an annual event hosted at the Castle of Arco, on the panoramic Prato della Lizza, with the goal of fostering dialogue between cultures and musical traditions from around the world. The first edition is dedicated to the music of Eastern Europe.
