The 2025 edition opened on Thursday, September 18 with the Eucharistic celebration at the Church of the Most Holy Trinity presided over by Bishop Vincenzo Viva, followed by the procession with the relic of Saint Thomas of Villanova and the traditional blessing and distribution of bread.
Friday, September 19 was dedicated to workshops on world bread-making traditions, dance performances, emerging musical groups, and the comedy show by the company 'Grezzi per caso', between Piazza Frasconi and the municipal auditorium.
