Genius Loci

The second edition of Genius Loci took place at the Teatro Sociale of Valenza between March 8 and April 30, 2025, with six events alternating between professional actors and amateur companies from the Alessandria region. Curated by Cooperativa Cmc, this edition received support from the Fondazione CRT for the first time through the Not&sipari call.

The program kicked off on March 8, for International Women's Day, with the national premiere of "Tentativi", written and directed by Laura Bombonato with Daniela Tusa. This was followed by Plautus' "Miles Gloriosus" reinterpreted by Teatro della Juta, "Amore capitale" by the Belli da Morire company, the Piedmontese comedy "Pautassio Antonio esperto di matrimonio", and the musical inspired by "Annie" performed by the Gli Instabili company from Lu Monferrato. All shows were at 9:00 PM, with admission at 10 euros.
