Edition 2025 — Genius Loci Camagna

The 2025 winter cycle of Genius Loci – Afternoons in the Monferrato Villages passed through numerous municipalities in the Casale Monferrato area between January and March. The festival, promoted by the Ecomuseo della Pietra da Cantoni Foundation, offered guided tours, music, and storytelling Sunday after Sunday to rediscover churches, palaces, and traditions of the villages in the province of Alessandria.

In 2025, the Genius Loci – Afternoons in the Monferrato Villages festival restarted on January 12th from San Maurizio di Conzano, then visiting Mirabello Monferrato, Cuccaro, Terruggia, Olivola, and other Monferrato villages in the following weeks. Curated by Anna Maria Bruno for the Ecomuseo della Pietra da Cantoni Foundation, each stop combined a guided tour of a historical building—often a parish church—with musical moments and cultural meetings, always with free admission. The winter cycle confirmed the deep bond between the initiative and the small hillside centers of south-eastern Piedmont.
