Edition 2025 — Gastronomic Walk

In 2025, the 'Camminare lentamente' walking series once again brought Marentino and the Chieri hills to life with scenic loop trails and tastings of local products. The walks, organized together with the Municipality and the Pro Loco, featured routes through vineyards, hazelnut groves, and hamlets, concluding with tastings of local honey and hazelnuts.

In 2025, Marentino, the village of sundials in the Chieri hills of the Metropolitan City of Turin, confirmed its vocation for slow tourism with the gastronomic walks promoted by Camminare lentamente together with the Municipality and the Pro Loco.

The loop routes, approximately 7.5 kilometers long, led participants through the panoramas of the Chieri hills, with views of the Graian Alps, Gran Paradiso, and Monte Rosa, starting from the experimental apiary in Piazza San Sebastiano. At the end of each walk, the customary tasting of typical products — honey, hazelnuts, and desserts from local farms — represented the most convivial moment, bringing families and enthusiasts together around the authentic flavors of the Piedmontese territory.
